Accepted
File Types:
Corel Draw file, Illustrator (Vector), Photoshop
(Raster), and Hard Copy. We recommend Corel Draw or
illustrator
vector artwork for best results.
Camera
Ready:
A camera ready artwork should be printed on a transparency or velum paper
with solid black ink for each color.
All lines should be
crisp and clear.
Vector Art, most commonly in
Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw (MAC/WindowsPC)

PC files - All fonts must be converted to
outlines.
MAC files
- All fonts must be converted to outlines or the font files
and image links must be included, not embedded in document.
Colors other than black should be spot colors, not
process. Please provide files in its original version or eps
format.
Adobe
Photoshop(MAC/WinPC) - Image size should be 4"x4" for small designs and up to 11" x17" for
large designs. Resolution should be 300 dpi. Image type
should be BMP(Bitmap) or grayscale for black and white
images. Artworks created in Photoshop with text should be
saved as .psd (with layers).

needs for a small fee. Whether you need file conversion,
artwork reproduction, or create artwork based on your ideas
or sketches. For faster services and reduce the cost of

COMMON
MISTAKES ON WEBSITE ARTWORKS:
JPG AND GIF at 72 dpi are low resolution images for
web display. We cannot work with art at such a low
resolution. Even though on the computer monitor these images
appear crisp and clean, when printed the end result will be
very poor, dotted and pixelated image. Our art staff can use
these images for reference and reproduction only, not for
final print.

Sending File types on disk, via e-mail:
• Files under 10 MB can be emailed to us. Please use
stuff-it or zip to compress the files if sending more than 1
file.
• Files larger than 10 MB should be uploaded to our ftp.
Please contact us for our ftp information.
• Artwork may be sent via the USPS, UPS, FED EX or AIRBORNE.
We accept CD ROM or hard copy. Please don't send original
artwork. We will not be responsible for any damage.
FINAL ARTWORK APPROVAL
When
you have placed your order with us, we will prep the artwork
and email you pdf proof. Once artwork is approved,
production will then begin.
